We can meet you a few weeks before to go over the details of what you need and create a list of all the tasks you need a third party to take care of – greeting all suppliers and showing them where to go, seating the guests, organising ushers, greeting the band, arranging the cake table, setting out name cards and gifts, hanging decorations, liaising with the caterer and being on hand throughout the day to act as your PA.
