A meeting usually about 8 weeks before the day, to go through a final checklist and tick off who is responsible for what. Time to think over any last minute choices and to finalise details of timings and travel.

Cost includes: One and a half hour meeting with a written summary of the discussion. We can meet at a venue and time, of your choosing. Travel expenses may be charged for long distances. 10% discount off any further services you book.

Last 6 weeks - from £650

When your 'to do' lists are getting out of hand, and time is running out, this is when we can help pull everything together for you. Hand your details to us and we will do all the final double checks of your bookings. We can suggest any personal finishing touches, so that with your vision and our attention to detail, you can relax and enjoy your last few weeks being single.

Cost includes: Meeting to discuss plans and handover details. Creating a schedule for the day. Liaising with suppliers and the venue. Unlimited email/phone contact. 50% discount for 'on the day coordination' bookings.

'On the day' confidence - from £450

If you have organised your wedding, you might want someone to be there on the day to check it all goes to plan for you. You should not spend your wedding morning worrying about who has the attendants gifts or has the cake arrived?

We will meet with you before the day to get to know you both, and to be sure we understand your wishes for the day. It is often invaluable to have someone who holds all the relevant telephone numbers, and who you can call on to support you. We will check the seating plans, and add any personal finishing touches. Liaise discreetly with the venue and suppliers, and ensure guests are celebrating and children are entertained.

Cost includes: Meeting to discuss plans, 2 weeks before the big day. Set out a plan for the day and arrange any last minute details. Wedding planner in attendance for 6 hours, longer is fine but we usually find this is adequate.

Last 6 weeks and 'On the day' booked together - from £875
