Often companies do have some movement in their prices but brides aren’t always keen to ask. A better approach is to ask for some extra’s to be thrown in e.g trestle tables for a marquee wedding.

Don’t be afraid to tell your supplier that you are looking for their best prices, and ask if they have any areas where the quote could be reduced.

Often, they will offer you a price that is only available for the week. So tell them you are prepared to make a quick decision and see what happens.

One of the simplest ways to check that you are getting value for money is to get quotes from several suppliers and compare them. Then you can have the confidence to ask for a discount, especially if the prices vary enormously and you have a preferred supplier.
